Each service has its own specific cancellation and refund policy outlined in the respective service agreement.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted to our support via email [email protected]. Your request will be deemed valid only when you receive a confirmation email from our billing department, which serves as proof of cancellation. Cancellation requests are typically processed within 8-10 days.

Refund Policy

As our services are non-tangible and customized, we do not guarantee refunds for cancellations once work has begun. However, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction and offer the following:

  1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service or product, you may contact us at email id [email protected] within 30 days of the delivery. We will work with you to address your concerns and rectify any dissatisfaction.
  2. Service Credits: If we are unable to resolve your concerns, we will issue a credit for the full amount of the service purchased. This credit can be used for any of our future services and expires in 180 days .
  3. Refund Exceptions: In cases where we are unable to deliver the product or service as promised after your complaints, we will issue a full refund with no questions asked.

Limitations and Exclusions

While we strive to deliver the highest quality services, some factors are beyond our control. The following are not covered by our refund policy:

  • Refunds for completed services, transaction fees, or funds already utilized for campaign execution.
  • Indexation of content or links in search engines, as this is dependent on third-party platforms.
  • Changes to delivered content or services after approval and delivery.

Specific Service Terms

  • Link Building:
    Guest posts, niche edits, and manual outreach links are guaranteed to remain live for a minimum of 6 months. If any of these links are removed within this period, we will replace them with equal or better opportunities at no extra cost. However, we do not offer replacements for Web 2.0 links, citation links, tier 2 links, or foundation links. Refunds are not provided for live links once placed.
  • Citation Cleanup:
    Outcomes depend on the cooperation of directory owners. While we manually outreach to correct listings, we cannot guarantee a specific number of corrected listings.
  • Audit:
    If any significant updates occur to a site, content, product, link, or search engine after the audit is completed, a re-audit will not be performed. To address the changes, you would need to purchase or request a new audit to ensure it reflects the latest updates.
