Sign up for Google+ and create a Google+ profile
Must Upload your recognize headshot photo in your Google+ profile
Now in this step you have to write your name in Google+ profile. That name will appear near your profile image (for example, “By First Name Secone Name”). Make sure your byline name matches the name on your Google+ profile.
From Here we have two options for getting Google authorship on your content.
1) Using verified email address (Same Domain Email)
Let’s take our own example.
If your content is on Shrushti.com/blog and you have email address like firstname.lastname@example.org then your Google+ profile must be created from this email address and this email address need to be submitted over here https://plus.google.com/authorship (after your G+ login)
2) Set up authorship by linking your content to your Google+ profile
- Create a link for Google+ profile on your webpage, like this:

<a href=”https://plus.google.com/103241001637496721602” rel=”author”>Google+</a>
Your link must contain the “rel=author” parameter. If it’s missing, Google won’t be able to associate your content with your Google+ profile.
- Add a reciprocal links of different sites in your Google+ profile
For that go to your Google+ profile >> Edit Links block
And put down all the links that contains your content and save it.
And your Google Authorship is all set.
